This supposed absolute control allows most housing providers to completely isolate Cosma from the outside world. No visitors, no phone calls, no mail from life partner, family, friends, neighbors, clergy, and /or advocates.

Believe it or not, there's a silver lining, but not for Cosma because she has a weird name. Can you imagine?  We are such a petty nation that it is only the Katherine Jennings, Lynn Smith, or any other common names who could win a human rights violation award.

Sex sells. Except for Cosma. When she sued the U.S. Government for illegally convicting her as a "sex offender", then dismissing it AFTER severe human and civil right violations: Sex didn't sell. The psychological, physical, and financial abuse didn't count.  And, for over 15+ years, Cosma has seen murderers, sex offenders, and drug addicts prosper while Cosma has been dragged into such abject poverty, she is being used as a human battering instrument by neighbors.

Soon, upon the conviction of a defendant (Or, even before the conviction) for violation of ORS 167.333, the court may order a psychiatric or psychological evaluation of the defendant for inclusion in the presentence report as described in ORS 137.077. [2001 c.926 §5c].  It doesn't really matter what ORS 167.333 is because the judiciary can do whatever they want to whomever they please. They violate your rights in your face and everyone else's. They will violate your rights blatantly, without remorse, in front of G-d and everyone. They do not care what they do to someone just like the Nazi's didn't care.  If you love animals, be ready because they U.S. government can use animals to cripple your character just like Klamath County Judge Wogan did to me over a dog scratch.

What type am I and where is this hate crime going? Am I a Jew who believes an eye for an eye? Or, am I a Jew who won't forget the property damage shit disturbing twerps are capable of? Am I a female who refuses to let meth addicts come into my trailer to take showers?  Am I the type who you don't want around because I won't pay for your meth?  What's a matter? Or, are you mad because I will not continually accept damages to my vehicles and other property by menacing meth addicted fiends? Maybe I am the profiled lesbian type who refuses to allow the U.S. government to torture, defame and assassinate my character while the lowest level of society uses me as a human battering instrument? The United States Government will force you to spend and waste your money so that neighborhood menaces can pilfer your property. They refuse to protect your vested interest and will set you up to be physically, emotionally, and financially harmed 

Even though you spend money on insulated fences and walls, landlord Steve Jones, refuses to keep him under control on his own territory. This is the kind of punk that would physically bash a woman. He already has caused vehicle damage and almost forced me to run over someone when he illegally drove on my tail bumper. Matter of fact, the U.S. Government has used this particular punk to create even more damages.
