Around five years ago, Judges Wogan, Rambo, and Osborne of Klamath Falls, Oregon violated my civil and human rights. Several months later, I was maliciously charged for reckless endangering then sent to a mental institution for three months. This petty crime was the result of a dog scratch a victim sustained. He told me he did not wish to be a witness. Judge Wogan and public defender refused to subpoena him, violating my Sixth Amendment right, the right to confront a witness against him or her in a criminal action.
